感谢使用 Memento(以下简称"本应用")。本隐私协议说明我们如何收集、使用和保护你的个人信息。使用本应用即表示你同意本协议的条款。
一、我们收集的信息
账号与观影数据(与观影记录直接相关的信息)
- 你手动输入或编辑的影视观看记录、评分、短评
- 你对影视内容的标记状态(想看 / 在看 / 已看等)
- 你创建的标签、分组等整理信息
- 通过票根 OCR 识别提取的观影信息(影院、影厅、座位、时间等)
本地缓存数据(用于提升体验)
- 最近浏览内容、搜索历史等临时数据
- 应用外观与交互偏好(主题模式、语言、引导状态等)
外部导入 / 导出相关数据
- 你用于导入的文件内容(例如从其他服务导出的观影记录文件),仅用于完成本次导入操作
- 你在应用中手动触发导出时生成的观影记录文件,用于在其他服务中继续使用或自行备份
设备信息
- 设备类型及操作系统版本(仅用于崩溃排查与兼容性分析,不直接指向个人身份)
二、信息的使用方式
我们仅将所收集的信息用于以下目的:
- 提供核心功能:观影记录管理、搜索、状态追踪、外部导入 / 导出
- 在多设备之间同步你的观影数据(如你在多台设备上登录同一账号)
- 改善应用性能与稳定性
- 响应你的支持请求、排查问题
我们不会:向任何第三方出售或共享你的个人数据;将你的观影数据用于广告投放;在未经你同意的情况下访问你的相机、相册以外的设备权限。
三、数据存储与安全
为保障你的观影记录长期可用并保持良好体验,我们会在传输和处理过程中采取行业通行的安全措施,包括但不限于:
- 加密传输:与服务端之间的通信通过 HTTPS 完成,降低被窃听或篡改的风险。
- 认证访问:访问与你账号相关的数据接口需要有效的身份凭证(例如基于 token 的认证),避免未授权访问。
- 访问控制:内部服务按照最小必要原则访问数据,我们不会对观影内容进行人工审阅或将其用于个性化广告。
- 备份与日志:在必要时对数据进行备份,并通过访问日志监控异常访问行为,以便发现和排查潜在安全问题。
你的设备本地可能会保留一定的缓存数据(例如最近浏览、界面状态),用于提升加载速度与使用体验。你可以通过删除应用来清除本地缓存数据。
如你启用了操作系统或平台提供的云备份 / 同步能力(例如 iCloud 备份),相关数据的传输和存储还将同时受对应平台隐私政策约束(例如 Apple 的隐私政策)。
四、相机与相册权限
OCR 票根扫描功能需要访问相机或相册。我们仅在你主动触发扫描时使用相机/相册权限,不会在后台持续访问,不会上传你的任何照片。

本应用可能集成以下第三方服务:

六、未成年人
本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集未成年人的个人信息。如发现未成年人在未获监护人同意的情况下使用本应用,请联系我们,我们将及时处理。

你拥有以下权利:
- 访问权:在法律允许的范围内,访问我们持有的与你相关的数据副本
- 更正权:更新或更正不准确的个人信息(例如修改观影记录、标签等)
- 删除权:你可以删除应用以清除本地缓存数据;如需删除服务器侧存储的数据,可通过联系方式向我们提出删除请求,我们会在合理期限内处理(法律或合规要求保留的数据除外)
- 数据可携权:在具备条件时,我们会提供数据导出功能,便于你将观影记录迁移到其他服务或自行长期保存
- 退出权:随时停止使用本应用

Introduction
Thank you for using Memento (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account & watch data (information directly related to your viewing activity)
- Watch records, ratings, and notes you enter manually
- Status of each title (e.g., want to watch / watching / watched)
- Tags, lists, and other organizational metadata you create
- Cinema details extracted via ticket OCR (venue, hall, seat, showtime)
Locally cached data (used to improve experience)
- Recently viewed content, search history, and other temporary data
- App preferences such as theme, language, onboarding state
External import/export data
- Files you choose to import (for example, watch history exported from other services), used solely to complete that import operation
- Files generated when you explicitly export your data, so you can move your watch history to other services or back it up yourself
Device information
- Device type and OS version (used only for crash diagnosis and compatibility analysis, not directly tied to your identity)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide core features: watch tracking, search, status management, external import/export
- Keep your data consistent across devices when you sign in on multiple devices
- Improve app performance and stability
- Respond to your support requests and troubleshoot issues
We will never: sell or share your personal data with third parties; use your watch data for advertising; access device permissions beyond Camera and Photos without your consent.
3. Data Storage & Security
To keep your watch history usable over time and maintain a good experience, we apply industry-standard safeguards when transmitting and processing your data, including but not limited to:
- Encrypted transport: All communication with backend services uses HTTPS to reduce the risk of eavesdropping or tampering.
- Authenticated access: Interfaces that can read or modify your personal data require valid credentials (for example, access tokens) so that unauthorized parties cannot access it.
- Access controls: Internal services operate under the principle of least privilege; we do not manually review your watch history or use it for personalized advertising.
- Backups and logging: Where appropriate, we perform backups and maintain access logs to detect and investigate abnormal access patterns.
Your device may store some cached data locally (such as recent views and UI state) to speed up loading and improve the experience. Deleting the App removes this local cached data.
If you enable system-level cloud capabilities such as iCloud backup or sync, the transmission and storage of that data is also governed by the platform’s own privacy policies (for example, Apple’s Privacy Policy).
4. Camera & Photos Access
The ticket OCR feature requires access to your Camera or Photos library. We use these permissions only when you actively trigger a scan. We never access your camera in the background and never upload your photos.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has used the App without parental consent, please contact us and we will take prompt action.

- Access: Request access to a copy of the data we hold about you, where permitted by law
- Rectification: Update or correct inaccurate personal information (for example, by editing your watch records or tags)
- Deletion: Delete local cached data by removing the App; you may also request deletion of data stored on our servers, which we will honor within a reasonable timeframe unless we are required by law or compliance obligations to retain certain information
- Data portability: Where feasible, we aim to provide export capabilities so you can move your watch history to other services or keep your own backups
- Opt out: Stop using the App at any time
